Since 1975, I have been practicing law in the State of Illinois. I
graduated from Illinois State University with majors in Political Science,
History and Sociology/Social Work in 1971.
I received my Juris Doctorate from John Marshal Law School in Chicago in
1975.
My first legal position was as an
associate attorney with the Peter
Ferracuti Law Firm in Ottawa,
Illinois from 1975-1977.
I established
my law office in Lexington, Illinois in 1977.
I later served as associate counsel for Champion Federal Savings and Loan
and First of America Bank (1989-1993).
I returned to private practice in 1993 and have maintained my law office
in Lexington with emphasis upon estate planning, probate, real estate, business
law, and federal and state taxation matters.
